After reading Chapters 14 – 15 of the course textbook by Cohen & Spenciner (2015), note the authors’ position that the terms alternative assessments and informal assessments are synonymous. Enumerate and discuss the 13 assessment approaches the authors identify as “ways in which the teacher can gather information and provide feedback to parents and students” (Cohen & Spenciner, 2015, p. 196).
