After reading Chapter 16 of the course textbook by Cohen & Spenciner (2015), and watching the video, Assessing Cognitive Development in the Learn section of this module, examine the construct, intelligence. Discuss what the authors meant when they wrote, “Intelligence tests don’t sample intelligence but rather the behaviors that can be associated with our conceptualizations of intelligence” (Cohen & Spenciner, 2015, p. 301).
