This paper must be typed and written according to 7th edition APA (American Psychological Association) format. You may use the APA website, the guides from the COM library, and the Reading and Writing Center as a resource for APA guidelines. This paper must be at least 5 to 6 pages in length but may not exceed 6 pages. Remember neither the cover page nor the reference page will be counted as part of the 5-6-page minimum.

You must use a minimum of 6 references in your paper, references must be from reputable nursing journal articles. Reference must be published within the last 6 years, (except IOM, 2011), You must provide “in-text” citations throughout your paper. Citations are important when you are asserting a fact, and it makes your claim more reliable.

You must submit your paper through the assignment drop box. Turnitin is required and must have a similarity percentage no greater than a 25% match (the similarity color must be green).
