Refund Policy

We are responsible for delivering on time and per the customer’s expectations. In case of violation of the company’s commitments, the customer can ask for a partial or full refund as provided in our Money Back Guarantee policy.

Money Back Guarantee Policy

This policy allows you to request a refund if we fail to fulfil our duties towards you. Since we have been operating for some years, and our company offers legit services, we are 100% sure you will be satisfied by our services.

Our customer satisfaction levels are always high, and almost 94% of our customers return with more work. However, we are not 100% perfect; sometimes, things go wrong. In such instances, you can refer to our money back guarantee policy. Listed below are the only instances we can offer a full refund:

No Writers Assigned: This is a rare case in our company, but it can happen. In such an instance, we always refund the total amount.

Writer Was Assigned Your Order: but you want to cancel it: In this case, we refund 70-100% of the full amount to compensate the company’s and writer’s efforts to complete your order.

Late Delivery: This can only happen when a writer gets ill or has other emergencies. The refund percentage in such an instance will be discussed with the customer privately.

We Guarantee Timely Delivery: If the order is late since the customer did not upload all materials on time, there will be no refund. That is why we encourage our customers to upload all the relevant materials when placing an order initially.

If The Order Is Completed After the Deadline: In this case, it is up to the customer to decide whether to release the funds or not.

Disputed Claims: If the customer is unsatisfied with what we delivered and wants a refund, the case will be forwarded to the dispute manager, who will investigate the matter and deliver the final verdict. Please note we always want our customers to be satisfied and we will always treat them fairly.

Accidental Duplicate Order: Please inform our customer support team immediately if you place an order by mistake. If you do not communicate instantly, the order will be treated as valid and assigned to the available writer. If you are billed twice, which is rare, please send us both receipts to solve the issue, especially when your balance did not change.

Plagiarized Content: In case the paper that the writer delivered is plagiarized, please provide a Turnitin plagiarism report. If your claims are valid, you will get a full refund.

Instances When  a Refund is Not Possible 

Release of a certain percentage: Your order is deemed complete if you release some of the funds to the writer, and the released funds are non-refundable.

A lower grade: We always hire the best writers with years of experience. Hence, they deliver high-quality and original work. We also give you the chance to place revisions until you are satisfied. In case you get a lower grade, there will be no refund.

Delayed payment: If a customer claims an order was delayed, and the payment was also delayed, there will be no refund.

Refund period has passed: If a customer requests a refund six months since the original transaction, they will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

Once you receive a refund confirmation, we will process it within two days. Kindly note that the company is not responsible for transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and any delays due to bank issues.
